A variety of options are available to students. You can rent a dormitory room, a house, or a studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom apartment. "Furnished" (with furniture) and "unfurnished" (you have to buy your own furniture) apartments are available. When you move in, a security deposit of 1 month’s rent is usually required, plus the first month’s rent.
